Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return and replacement policy?

Returns & Replacements Policy

We want you to be delighted with your book. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and replacements.

General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and the intellectual property contained within, all sales of our books are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or if you simply decide you no longer want the book after purchase. This policy is in place to protect our copyright and intellectual property rights.

Damaged During Delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur to the book during the shipping process. While we take great care in packaging, handling during transit is beyond our control. We encourage you to report any shipping damage to the carrier directly if you wish to pursue a claim with them. We do not offer exchanges or replacements for books damaged in transit.

Exceptions: Printing Faults

In the event that your book arrives with a genuine printing fault (e.g., missing pages, blurred text, incorrect binding, or significant ink smudges that affect readability), we will gladly send you a replacement copy at no additional charge.

To request a replacement for a printing fault:

  • Contact us within 28 days of receiving your order via the Contact Form.
  • You may be asked to provide Photographic Evidence: To help us assess the issue and to for our quality control, please include clear photos or a short video demonstrating the specific printing fault.
  • No Return Required (for printing faults): You typically do not need to return the faulty copy.

Taxes and Duties

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?

A: Our prices on the website do not include any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be imposed by your country of residence when the order arrives.

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (like VAT or GST) by your country's customs office upon arrival. These charges are outside of our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Q: How are duties and taxes typically handled?

A: When your package arrives in your country, your local customs office or postal service will notify you if any duties, taxes, or handling fees are due. These charges must be paid by the recipient before the package can be released for delivery.

Q: What happens if I refuse to pay the duties and taxes?

A: If you refuse to pay the required duties and taxes, your package may be held by customs, returned to us, or even destroyed. If the package is returned to us, we may be charged return shipping fees and/or additional duties/taxes by the courier. In such cases, these fees will be deducted from any refund issued to you (if applicable), and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: Can you mark my order as a "gift" to avoid customs charges?

A: No. We are legally required to declare the true value and nature of your package contents on all customs forms. Misrepresenting the value or purpose of a shipment is illegal and can result in severe penalties, fines, and delays for both the sender and the recipient.

Q: How can I find out the estimated duties and taxes for my country?

A: We recommend checking with your local customs office or using an online duty and tax calculator to estimate potential charges before placing your order. Please note that these are only estimates, and actual charges may vary.
